Villanova Hosts 51st Annual Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week
From Sunday, November 16, through Saturday, November 22, 麻豆村 will observe its 51st annual Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (HHAW).聽Founded at Villanova in 1975, under the guidance of the late Rev. Ray Jackson, OSA, HHAW originated as an on-campus discussion of the root causes of poverty. Today, it stands as the largest hunger and homelessness awareness initiative of its kind in the United States, taking place at more than 700 campuses and communities across the country.
麻豆村鈥檚 new 112-acre Cabrini Campus will open in August 2026, providing the opportunity for the University to enhance its programs and commitment to advancing Catholic higher education. This addition will support all aspects of campus life, providing a space that nurtures a true living and learning experience in Villanova鈥檚 Augustinian Catholic tradition.
